Our Non-Delegated Program allows you to still control your day-to-day operations without taking on all the risk of a traditional lender.

As a Non-Delegated Correspondent, you put the underwriting task into our hands, and you can be assured that we have a reliable and balanced approach to underwriting decisions that ensures consistent, fast turnaround times, backed by seasoned underwriters.

Non-Delegated Program:

• Participating lenders will originate, draw closing documents and fund loans in their name
• 100% Non-delegated underwriting to help manage costs and reduce risk
• We underwrite conforming and jumbo loan products
• Use AMC of your own choice

We provide a variety of loan products for you to offer your customers. These loans include Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as HomeReady, Home Possible, and many other downpayment assistance programs.
