Preferred Jumbo Minimum 2024 Conforming Loan Amounts
FLCBank informs all customers that the 2024 loan limits have been updated in the guideline matrices:
- Conforming maximum loan amount is $766,550.
- Jumbo starting loan amount is $766,551.
These changes went into effect on all new loans “finaled and/or locked” yesterday January 2, 2024.
