Important Gold Jumbo Update
Effective with new rate locks taken on and after Monday, June 27, 2022, the required minimum loan amount for the Gold Jumbo Product is $1 over the Fannie Mae “General” Conforming Loan Limit.
Locked loans in the pipeline with loan amounts below the new requirement are not affected by this change
