AC-014 SSA-89 Form Update

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SSA-89 Form Update

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is now allowing for the SSA-89 to be electronically signed under the new eCBSV program.   Florida Capital Bank will now accept the SSA-89 electronically signed.  Please be sure your e-sign vendor is on our approved list.  All e-sign vendors must provide a full e-sign certificate for each loan file.
