Important Updates to Elite Express and Sapphire Jumbo Loan Limits for 2023
FLCBank would like to inform all customers of the new 2023 loan limits that go into effect on January 1, 2023, for any loan submissions and for loans in the pipeline that are not locked before this date.
Elite Express Jumbo
| Current Loan Limits | 2023 New Loan Limits |
| The minimum loan amount is $400,000. | Starting January 1, 2023, the minimum loan amount is $726,201.
This change applies to new loan submissions as well as loans currently in the pipeline that are not locked before this date. |
Sapphire Jumbo
| Current Loan Limits | 2023 New Loan Limits |
| The minimum loan amount for loans in 2022 must be $1 over the one-unit conforming loan limit (647,200). | Starting January 1, 2023, the minimum loan amount must be $1 over the one-unit conforming loan limit ($726,200).
This change applies to new loan submissions as well as loans currently in the pipeline that are not locked before this date. |
