Announcement Regarding the New IRS 4506-C Form for Transcripts
DataVerify will no longer be able to process transcript requests using the IRS 4506-T Form effective February 19, 2021.
In order to minimize the impact to loans in the pipeline that require transcripts to be processed, a fully completed and executed IRS 4506-C must be provided during the loan application process starting on Monday, February 8, 2021.
FLCBank will be including the new 4506-C form with the initial disclosure package.
