Closed End Second Mortgage Updates
FLCBank is increasing the minimum loan amount to its Closed End Second Mortgage Combo/Piggyback from $10,001 to $25,000 effective with new loans locked/submitted on or after May 31, 2025.
The minimum loan amount to Closed End Standalone Second Mortgages remains unchanged at $75,000.
