- Gold Jumbo Product Tip Sheet – Provides you an overview of how to key the URLA Loan Details screen after import of your 3.4/iLAD file which is to be done BEFORE the AUS is run and other helpful tips for the Gold Jumbo product.
- Broker Clear Capital Products Appraisal Ordering Process – Provides the Broker LO/Processor an overview of how to order the additional appraisal products when required through Mortgagebot Services tab.
- Broker Fee Sheet – Has been updated to show the additional appraisal products and fees.
- Clear Capital Appraisal Fee Sheet – Has been updated to show the additional appraisal products and fees.
- Gold Jumbo Clear Capital CDA Release Form – FLCBank internal staff will complete and execute this form when a CDA is required for the Broker channel. This form is not posted to the Resource Center.
