Select COVID-19 Temporary Flexibilities Ending
As announced in Bulletin #2021-AC-012, Florida Capital Bank (FLCBank) wants to remind all customers that select COVID-19 Temporary Flexibilities are ending.
Conventional and Jumbo Loan Program
The temporary policy allowing the Verification of Employment to be completed directly by a supervisor or manager is coming to an end for loan applications dated on or before April 30, 2021.
