Reminder: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6

As announced via Bulletin #2026-B-011 on June 23, 2026, FLCBank is currently accepting only loans with appraisal reports in the legacy UAD 2.6 format.

As part of our preparation for the implementation of UAD 3.6, FLCBank is actively testing software systems, working with AMCs and appraiser panels to ensure a smooth transition.
