IMPORTANT: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6
As announced via Bulletins #2026-B-011 on June 23, 2026, and #2026-B-013 on July 28,2026, FLCBank is currently accepting only loans with appraisal reports in the legacy UAD 2.6 format.
Do not order the new UAD 3.6 format. As part of our preparation for the implementation of UAD 3.6, FLCBank is actively testing software systems, working with AMCs and appraiser panels to ensure a smooth transition. During this testing phase, Mortgagebot Appraisal Order screen reflects the option for submitting orders using either the legacy UAD 2.6 format or the new UAD 3.6 format.
