The majority of defects identified in our Quality Control Pre- and Post-Purchase loan reviews are minor updates needed on the Underwriting Transmittal Form (1008). To help reduce Quality Control kickbacks and corrections, please ensure all fields and sections of the Underwriting Transmittal Form (1008) are completed, including all required underwriting-specific loan notes.
