NDC-001 Final Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) Process Reminder
To help you avoid unnecessary errors and pre-purchase delays, Florida Capital Bank, N.A. reminds all Non-Delegated Correspondents approved in the Delegated Document Program for Conforming and Jumbo Loan Products (NDC-DDP and NDDP designations), about the requirement to utilize the Final URLA with the ULI provided by FLCBank to be signed by the Borrower(s) at loan closing.
The Final URLA with the ULI can be found in Imageflow in the new DocType Folder “PTF-Final URLA”.
Other Recommendations
Ensure your closing documents include:
• An accurate W-9 signed by all Borrowers
• A Limited Power of Attorney signed by all Borrowers allowing the lender to execute or initial all typographical or clerical errors and/or omissions
