AC-011 CD Information Process Improvement
Effective today, March 6, 2023.
You’ve requested and we’ve listened! To better serve our customers, we introduce a new way to provide information for the early Closing Disclosure (CD) via our new CD Information screen. There is no longer a need to provide the CD Contact information PDF form, just simply fill out the required fields online in our new CD Information Screen. This screen is available now for all loans in process.
As the User, you will:
• Login to our website
• Locate the loan in the pipeline
• Select CD Information screen under Forms & Docs.
• Complete the fields as noted in the CD Information Screen Instructions document available in our resource
center.
